Actually everything was modern, my next choice again in Kochi. The hotel was perfectly clean, luxurious, had very caring and attentive staff with duty manager.

The place was tidy with a superbly friendly and really polite staff from my early morning check in to my collecting my bags after a day out. I ate at a really nice restaurant which served an extensive range of global dishes. The bedroom was spacious and had an excellent separate bathroom.

Pool under maintenance, free room upgrade and transfer provided due to workers strike. Friendly staff allowed late checkout. Excellent facilities like yoga, swimming pool, sauna, gym, and buffet breakfast. Helpful and knowledgeable staff, especially Mr. Faizan and Mr. Tanveer. Spacious rooms and pleasant lobby/eating areas.
